  • I offer teleheatlh therapy through SimplePractice. I do not currently offer in-person psychotherapy.

  • I am an out of network provider. If you have out of network benefits, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. I will provide you with invoices which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. 

  • My fee is $200 for a 50-minute individual session.

  • No, I do not submit claims to insurance. I provide patients with a Super Bill that patients can use to submit to insurance.

    To ensure you’re maximizing your benefits, I've partnered with Sheer Health. They can assist with understanding your insurance benefits, handle the submission of your out-of-network claim and ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement. 

  • I use the HIPPA compliant telehealth platform for all sessions. All sessions are conducted privately and all efforts are made to ensure confidentiality.

  • Cancellations will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance. Whenever possible, I do my best to reschedule your cancelled session within the same week if cancelled greater than 24 hours in advance.

  • Every person is different & will depend on their individual goals in therapy. As with any relationship, you get out what you put into therapy. Taking the process seriously and being honest can take strength & bravery. Like most good things, seeing results takes time & patience.
